Frequently asked questions

Open Templates, choose a layout, then open Booth and capture each photo slot.

Open Templates, choose Upload template, and select a PNG. Mark each photo area when prompted, then save it for your booth sessions.

Open Settings, allow camera access, and choose a camera from Capture camera. USB webcams, virtual cameras, and supported external cameras appear there.

Make sure the camera is connected and not being used by another app. Close that app, reconnect the camera, allow browser camera access, and refresh the camera list in Settings.

Install and keep the Blushie Camera Bridge running, close the camera manufacturer's app, set the camera to a compatible mode such as Auto, and connect it by USB. Blushie will check for it in Settings.

Windows shows this message because the Camera Bridge is new and does not have a Windows security certificate yet. This does not mean Blushie has a virus.

First, make sure you downloaded it by clicking Download DSLR support in Settings. Then:

  1. On the blue warning screen, click More info, then click Run anyway.
  2. If Windows still blocks the file, right-click it, choose Properties, check Unblock on the General tab, click Apply, then open it again.

Do not turn off Windows Defender. Only open the file if it came from the official Blushie download.

In Booth, press the capture button for the active slot. Use Retake after a shot to replace that photo before continuing.

Choose a filter in the filter row before capturing. If filters are unavailable, use a supported browser and check that camera access is enabled.

Open Settings. Paper size is the physical sheet, such as A4. Output size is the photo card size placed on that sheet, such as 2×6, 4×6, 5×7, or 6×8.

After completing the photo slots, review the finished sheet in Booth. Choose Download to save it or Print to send it to your browser's printer.
